The BOMIN SOLAR AL aluminium louvre system, with its substructure of supports and struts can be installed for solar shading

 

• in front of the facade, or

• on the roof

 

thus preventing the sun from shining directly onto the surface of the building and excessively heating the interior.

 

It also reduces glare and visual discomfort.

 

Working in close co-operation with architects and planners we can supply the system either as a vertical facade element, for example in front of windows, or as a horizontal solar screening system above glass roofs, skylights or interior courtyards.

Louvres of various sizes can be mounted either fixed, or so that they can be controlled.

Architects, planners and clients can choose supports, struts and fixing elements according to the design of the facade, the required distance to the facade and structural requirements.

Control Unit

BOMIN SOLAR offers the established and highly efficient Helio LSC control for sun tracking systems:

The Helio LSC control system calculates the position of the sun with astronomical precision and guarantees that the prismatic plates are correctly positioned throughout the day all year long.

 

Helio LSC is characterised by:

• High-precision (<0.2°) tracking

• User-friendly operation and data entry

• Easy serviceability thanks to plug-in connections

• Optional modem data exchange for remote diagnostics or maintenance

• Integration to building management systems if required
